A native of Marlette, Michigan, Dr. Todd H. Morgan attended Michigan State University, majoring in Engineering. He received his Doctor of Optometry in 1984 from the Illinois College of Optometry. He is a board certified optometric physician.

Dr. Morgan is an assistant clinical professor of optometry for Nova Southeastern University Health Professions Division College of Optometry. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Florida Division of Blind Services and the Manasota Optometric Society, where he served as past president. A Rotarian for 14 years, he has served two terms on the organization’s board of directors.
